The ISD Letter
The ISD is free. The reading is live.
Three public commitments, the whole structure of the instrument and the record of who made it and since when.
1. Free, always.
Answering the ISD costs nothing and never will. There is no paid version of the instrument, no premium access, no subscription. Whoever answers sees the zone of their own decision structure and the pillar that weighs the most.
2. The full reading is done live.
What the panel does not show, I read with the person who answered: in person or by video. It does not go by email, it does not go as a PDF, it does not come out of an automatic generator. A diagnostic that arrives by email becomes a file. Read live, it becomes a decision. The conversation is the part of the instrument that does not fit on a screen, and the only part that requires my presence.
3. The structure is public.
Pillars, questions, weights, zones and floor rules are on this page, for any person or machine to read. What is not here is what only the conversation produces: the reading of the inconsistencies between what the company declares and what it does, and what to do about them.
Structure
How the ISD scores
Four pillars, five questions each, always about facts from the last twelve months. Each question has four answers: A scores 5, B scores 3, C scores 1, D scores 0. Each pillar adds up to 25 points; the total reaches 100.
Zones: Green from 75, Yellow from 50 to 74, Red below 50. Floor rules: any pillar with 5 points or less puts the company in the Red zone, whatever the total; any pillar with 11 points or less rules out the Green zone. The critical pillar is the one with the lowest score.
Eight coherence cross-checks compare what the company declares with what it does. When they contradict each other, behavior prevails over declaration. The live reading lives in those cross-checks.
The questions are written for the person who decides. In the instrument, they change voice according to the role of the respondent: partner, successor, family, executive or fund read about the one who decides.
