System 2

How this site was designed.

The rest of the site is built for the reader's System 1: fast, automatic, effortless. This page is for those who decided to read slowly. If you are an owner and landed here, go back: the home page is where you decide.

I designed this site with a fixed rule, in this order: who chose the object and why this one; who executes and whether it runs on its own; what third-party infrastructure pays for what would be fixed cost; the piece itself; and where the margin the public does not see sits. Only then reception: attention, relevance, fluency, memory, decision and carrier, each with the author who supports it. A sum of data is not a reading; without an author, a note is a hypothesis.

Below, the home page block by block: the line, what it does, who supports it, and what we measure.

1 · The opening line

"You already know which decision you are postponing. It has a name, and it has your signature."

It states what the reader already believes instead of trying to convince him. Coherence and cognitive ease (Kahneman): a sentence that confirms what you hold is processed as true. The second sentence puts the reader inside it: self-relevance (Falk) is what makes a message pass from reading to acting.

Measure Scroll to the question.

2 · The lead

"Every month you postpone it, it charges you in cash, margin and position."

Loss before gain. Loss aversion (Kahneman and Tversky): the same amount weighs about twice as much when it is lost as when it is won. The site never promises growth; it names what is leaking.

Measure None on its own. It carries the question.

3 · The five-second question

"If you had to step away tomorrow for 12 months, who would decide in your place?"

Give before asking. Anticipated gain versus pain of cost (Knutson): the site answers before it asks for a single piece of data. The answer is one pillar and points to the other three: a gap, not a verdict. The answer line is the strongest sentence in the block, because what is remembered is the peak and the end (Kahneman).

Measure Answer by letter. Clicks to the ISD, by origin.

4 · The scenes

"200,000", "2 years", "4 sellers", "6 months", "1/3"

The number comes before the story: anchoring (Tversky and Kahneman). A concrete scene, not a claim, builds the somatic marker (Damasio) that a list of credentials never builds. One of the five admits a cost against my own interest ("I have no good defense for those six months"); that admission is what makes the other four believable.

Measure Clicks per card.

5 · This week's post

The latest LinkedIn post, in full.

Repetition with variation. Mental availability and distinctive assets (Sharp): the reader who comes from LinkedIn recognizes the voice, the typography and the gold before he reads a word. Recognition is cheaper than persuasion.

Measure Reading of the section; clicks to all posts.

6 · The ISD

"See where your decision stalls. Then call me."

Questions first, data at the end. Knutson again: the twenty questions are the gain, the form is the cost, and the order was built so the gain comes first. The panel shows part and keeps the full reading for the conversation. The expectation set before the experience changes the experience itself (Plassmann), so the panel says what happens next.

Measure Starts, panels and WhatsApp clicks after the panel, by origin.

7 · Two moments and three steps

"I work with companies that still have an operation worth saving. When the honest answer is to close, I say so in the first conversation."

Disqualifying generates credibility: a seller who says who he does not serve is believed when he says who he does. Step 3 "for those who have already worked with me" is scarcity of position, not of price. "One sentence, by message" makes the first step as cheap as it can be.

Measure WhatsApp clicks, by origin.

8 · Why me

"10,000 cars a month", always the same number, in the same words, on every page.

Credential by scene, not by adjective. Consistency is worth more than choice (Sharp): changing a number, a name or a phrase erases the asset you spent a year building.

Measure Reading of the section.

9 · Presence and voices

Institution next to every name.

The carrier changes the reading before the content does. A recognized peer (Falk) and the fluency of the messenger (Kahneman) do more than the testimonial text. A name without an institution is a weak carrier.

Measure Clicks to Events and to LinkedIn.

10 · The closing

"A postponed decision is not prudence. It is accumulated cost."

One brand sentence, always the same, at the end. Emotion builds memory in the long run (Binet and Field); what is repeated identically becomes the asset (Sharp). The whole page is read against two seconds of attention (Ramsøy) and six stimuli (Morin): personal, contrastable, tangible, beginning and end, visual, emotional.

Measure Starts of the ISD from the closing.

11 · One word

"Postponed" is what the owner does. "Stalls" is what the structure does.

The whole site uses one word for the act and one for the mechanism, and never a third. Repetition breeds cognitive ease, and ease is read as truth (Kahneman). Three words for one object make three objects.

Measure None. It is a rule, not a block.

12 · Who calls me

"There is an owner in your portfolio who does not decide, and you cannot be the one who forces it."

The object is the same, the person who opens the door changes. Self-relevance (Falk) demands that each reader sees himself in the first line he reads, and one page cannot open with four "you". So the home opens with the owner and gives the partner, the family and the fund one line each, with its own door.

Measure WhatsApp clicks per door.

What is still missing: the number.

The site measures without cookies and without a banner: entry, answer to the question, ISD start and panel, WhatsApp click, each with its origin. Nothing on this page is a verdict until the numbers arrive. The first reading of the funnel is set for November 29, 2026, and this page will be rewritten with it. What is not measured is not claimed.

Who supports it.

Damasio, Kahneman and Tversky, Zaltman, Knutson, Plassmann, Falk, Rangel, Simon, Sharp, Binet and Field, Ramsøy, Morin, Barden, Hsu. Cialdini only as adjacency.
