Thank you, Silvana Pampu, and everyone at Connect Executive Hub, for the invitation to hear about retail, which is my passion. After more than 20 years in it, you never forget your first store or your farewell. It was good to reconnect with a market I took part in for so long, and to know that being on the other side of the operation today, supporting companies on this journey, also makes me very proud.
